Your comfort and safety is my top priority. Please inform me of any injuries, recent surgeries, or if you're pregnant in your intake form so I can provide appropriate modifications for your safety.

Private sessions require a 24 hour cancellation notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be forfeited.

In the case of an emergency, exceptions may granted at the owner’s discretion. In lieu of full forfeiture, a $40 late adjustment fee will be applied to your account.

All sessions begin and conclude promptly.

Arrivals of more than 10 minutes past the start time of the session will result in forfeiture of the reserved session.

All purchases are non-refundable.

SYNCD Pilates is currently in residence at Contrology Co-Op. By attending sessions at SYNCD Pilates you agree to the following code of conduct:

Every client of the SYNCD Pilates community has the right to feel safe and respected. I do not tolerate oppressive or discriminatory behavior or language of any kind. This is a community free of judgement, assumption and shame.

I reserve the right to cancel sessions or request removal from the studio for any persons who act in defiance of this code. As a client, if you experience this kind of behavior from any other instructors or their clients in the Co-Op, please inform me as soon as possible.
